FSC promotional licence holders are organizations that are not certified – such as retailers –but wish to use the FSC logo for the promotion of FSC-certified labelled products or services, and show their commitment to using FSC-certified materials.
All these organizations have signed a trademark licence agreement with their trademark service provider prior to using the FSC trademarks.
